I believe that everyone has the right to feel better and stay better well into their senior years. Through thoughtful inquiry, functional lab testing, and wellness education, my clients learn nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help them meet and often exceed their wellness goals. You can too!

Lori is a Functional Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Environmental Studies. She has worked as a personal chef for clients with specific dietary requirements and has extensive training in nutrition, the responsible use of supplements, functional lab interpretation, environmental toxin avoidance, and stress management techniques.  

Lori is based in Massachusetts and works with clients throughout the United States virtually. She has been passionate about healthy eating and lifestyle practices for over 30 years and feels that everyone deserves to feel good in their body now and know how to stay well in the future. She believes that while we can get away with paying less attention to our health when younger, we need to make wellness more of a priority as we age. Our bodies are less forgiving as we get older and extra care is often beneficial. Lori became a coach to share her knowledge and help others  make health their hobby so that they can experience optimal health well into their senior years.

My morning ritual is rebounding, followed by yoga and breathwork. If I don't get these in before work, they are hard to squeeze in later.

Pixel is my favorite hiking companion, little buddy, and soul dog. He was a rescue and is part chihuahua, maltese, miniature poodle, and shih tzu!

One of my favorite places on Earth. Sedona has amazing hiking and landscapes surrounded by many other incredible destinations.

I wanted to play the drums my whole life, but never considered it to be a practical option. I went for it at 40 and love it!

My favorite way to relax at the end of the day is to do a hot foot soak with Epsom salt and follow with my favorite massage oil or cream. It is absolutely divine!
